Lindsay Campbell

Hi! I’m Lindsay. I am a fitness, health, and wellness enthusiast who is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and CPR/AED and First Aid certified for adults and children. I played soccer as a kid through middle school, tennis in high school and intramural flag football and softball in college. I’ve been an avid gym-goer since high school, especially enjoying yoga and group fitness classes. My interest in becoming a personal trainer stems from following my son's growth in sports, especially baseball, along with my daughter’s focus on gymnastics and her enthusiasm for developing strength and skills. I am passionate about partnering with my community and their kids to establish healthy habits in order to remain active and prevent injury.

I’ve recently complete a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and am offering Private Yoga to my services. As group classes become available, I will share those on social as well. Yoga is a perfect supplement to resistant training and cardio activities to build additional mobility, strength, and breath techniques to carry you through your life in a healthy and mindful way.

My intentions are to provide a safe and encouraging environment of fitness activity for all ages, body types, and goals, offer affordable pricing for programs, and lift up this community through fitness and wellness.

Programming for youth athletes that specializes in the sport of the group to maintain conditioning and strength of the muscle groups used in different skills within a sport. Fun, games, and fitness!

Private Yoga

Why Private Yoga?

  • Coming off an injury and learning the best ways to move in and out of asana (postures)

  • New to yoga and want a safe space to explore the asanas

  • Would like to work on a specific advanced asana or asanas (inversions or arm balances, for example)

  • Group events for birthdays, bachelorette parties, team bonding, get-away weekend events

  • Explore the other limbs of yoga like pranayama and meditation

Program Format

  • Activate

    Warm up those muscles that are about to get challenged and get your body ready to move.

  • Warm

    Get the heart rate up and blood flowing with various methods like walking, jogging, cycling, jumping jacks, etc.

  • Train

    Build stability, mobility, strength, and performance with unique weight-training exercises and skill building exercises targeted for the individual’s performance goals.

  • Cool

    Reset those muscle groups with additional stretching to limit muscle soreness.
