Individual Training

Individualized programming in a 1-on-1 setting. Options for personal training include pay-as-you go rate of $55 per session or buy a 10 session pack at 10% discount.

Initial session is $15 and is not included in the 10 session pack

Partner Training

What’s better than getting 1-on-1 training? Training with a buddy! Perfect for those of you who like the additional accountability, want to bond with your partner, are looking to enhance your doubles game on the court together! Options for partner training include pay-as-you go rate of $90 per session ($45/person) or buy a 10 session pack at 10% discount.

The goal of Youth Conditioning is to associate fitness with lifestyle and accessibility for everyone while dispelling the myth that physical fitness is just for athletes. Functional movement is important for every body at every age and the earlier they learn the foundations of proper technique the more likely they are to bring fitness into their everyday lives and live a healthier life. Examples of training activities will include basic resistance work like squats and pushups, agility, and a variety of cardio moves!

9-12 Age Group

In this program, kids will start by learning the fundamentals of fitness to move efficiently, understand the different muscle groups and their importance in movement, how to exercise in ways that prevent injury, and build or maintain physical fitness during the summer. 

Training is one hour long and starts with mobility warm ups and then rolls into a different style of circuit training depending on the day's focus. We will be using body weight, resistance bands, and cardio moves to achieve the workout. The session always ends with stretching and high fives!

13-16 Age Group

In this program, kids will start by learning the fundamentals of resistance training and its importance in efficient movement, how to exercise in ways that prevent injury, and build or maintain physical fitness during the summer whether they are an athlete or not. 

Training is one hour long and starts with mobility warm ups and then rolls into a different style of circuit training depending on the day's focus. This group will incorporate multi-functional movements and have the option to add heavier weight in addition to body weight, resistance bands, and cardio to their movements. The session always ends with stretching and high fives!  

WINTER SPORTS CONDITIONING:

10-week conditioning program for youth athletes that play or are looking to play a sport. This is group fitness and conditioning for up to 6 participants. Sign up includes options to have 1 or 2 days of training per week and add on personal training.

These programs do not replace important mechanical work for the person’s sport, rather we will focus on building strength and endurance for the primary muscle groups to support the sport’s actions to prevent injury during the season.
